A design studio for law firms that keep growing

AttorneyWebStudio designs, builds and manages websites for multi-attorney and multi-office law firms, on one monthly fee, with the build fee charged only after the site is live. We are a website studio. The practice of law stays with you.

How we work

  • Design first, then structure

Every site starts from the firm's own type, color and tone inside our system, then gets the structure every growing firm needs: a page per matter type, a page per office, a profile per attorney.

  • Intake is part of the build

The intake router and the CRM connection are configured on the onboarding call, not bolted on later. Routing rules use the same offices and matter types the pages do.

  • Managed every week

Detail updates every week, 5 revisions a month turned around in 2 to 5 working days, 2 researched articles a week. Nobody at the firm logs in to anything.

  • Paid the way a firm would want

The first monthly invoice starts the build. The build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and approved. Live in 7 days on Solo Practice.

Who writes here

Two editorial personas carry the blog. They are fictional, hold no credentials, are not attorneys, and nothing they write is legal advice.

  • Celeste Danforth

Legal Growth Web Director, Chicago, IL

Celeste leads the strategy side of AttorneyWebStudio: which pages a growing firm needs, how intake should route between offices, and how a site keeps pace when the partner list changes. She writes about site structure for multi-office firms, practice area page architecture and the handoff between a website and an intake team. She is an editorial persona, not an attorney, and nothing she writes is legal advice.

  • Ravi Thornbury

Law Firm Site Architect, Seattle, WA

Ravi designs the technical shape of every AttorneyWebStudio build: URL structure, canonical rules, page speed, schema and the way attorney and office pages connect. He writes about what makes a law firm site fast, what breaks when offices run separate sites, and how to keep a large site coherent as it grows. He is an editorial persona, not an attorney, and nothing he writes is legal advice.

What we are not

We are not a law firm, attorney or legal service provider. We do not give legal advice, we do not assess matters, and nothing on this site or on a site we build for a firm creates an attorney-client relationship. The intake router routes inquiries; it does not evaluate them. The AI receptionist collects details; it does not advise. Everything a client relies on a lawyer for stays with the firm. Our disclaimer sets this out in full.
