Five problems a firm's website usually has
Five problems we see in almost every multi-attorney firm's website, and what each one quietly costs.
Every office runs its own website.
The firm competes with itself in search, the brand looks like three different firms, and nobody owns the whole picture. Authority that should compound on one domain is split three ways.
One page per practice group, not per matter type.
A page titled "Family law" ranks for nothing specific. The person searching for "custody modification" in your county finds the firm that wrote that page.
Every inquiry lands in one inbox.
The receptionist forwards by hand, urgent matters wait behind general questions, and an inquiry meant for the northern office is called back from downtown two days later.
Attorney pages are months out of date.
A partner who moved offices in March is still listed downtown in September. New admissions, new hires and departures all wait for someone to find the web login.
The site hesitates on a phone.
Most legal searches happen on a phone, often in a stressful moment. A page that takes its time sends the visitor back to the results, and the next firm gets the call.
Pages that open instantly
- Every page is hand-coded static HTML, served from Cloudflare's edge, close to whichever office city the visitor is in.
- Almost no JavaScript ships to the browser. The intake router and the mobile menu are the only interactive parts, and they are small.
- 90+ on Google PageSpeed Insights for mobile and desktop on every page we build and host, guaranteed and kept there.
- No layout shift as fonts, maps and attorney photos load, so a visitor can tap the phone number the moment the page appears.
Built to rank for each matter type in each place
- A page per matter type answers the specific searches people make, instead of one practice group page that ranks for nothing.
- A page per office with LocalBusiness and LegalService schema attaches each location to its own map listing.
- 2 researched articles a week build the depth that keeps a firm site visible for the questions people ask before they call.
- Local searches in your area start ranking within 3 to 5 months of launch, or the search work continues at no extra charge until they do.
Everything on the invoice
What the monthly fee covers on every plan, so there is nothing to add later.
The site
Practice area pages, an office page per location, a profile per attorney, and a blog. Designed and hand-built by the studio.
The intake router
Three questions, then the inquiry goes to the right office or attorney with your consultation terms shown.
A free domain
Registered in the firm's name for as long as the plan is active, or we point the one you already own. Either way it stays yours.
Cloudflare hosting
SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth on Cloudflare's network. No hosting bill, no bandwidth overage, nothing itemized.
Your CRM, connected
Every inquiry written to the intake CRM you already use, by API, Zapier or Make.
Fully managed
Weekly detail updates, 5 revisions a month from your client portal, 2 researched articles a week, and a person to email.
What the articles are about
2 a week on Solo Practice and Multi-Attorney, 3 a week on Multi-Office, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, each cited, none of them legal advice.
Process explainers
How a type of matter typically moves in your state, from first consultation to conclusion, written for a reader who has never been through it.
What to bring
Practical guides to a first consultation for each practice area: documents, dates, questions to prepare.
County and court guides
How things work in the specific courts your offices appear in, which is what a local searcher wants to know.
Matter-type questions
The questions people search before they call, answered plainly, with sources, and never as advice to an individual.
Firm news
A new office, a new practice group, a partner admitted in another state, written so it also updates the relevant pages.
Plain-language glossaries
The terms a client will hear during their matter, explained in ordinary words.
How revisions work
Requested from your client portal, any size, no hourly billing.
5 revisions a month, included
A revision is one change request of any size: a new attorney profile, a rewritten practice area page, a new office section. There is no limit on how much goes into one.
$20 for each one after that
Flat, no hourly billing, no estimates. A busy month with eight changes costs the plan plus three extra revisions.
Completed within 2 to 5 working days
From the moment we have everything we need. Most are done sooner. We confirm what we understood before we start, and reply with the link when it is live.
Weekly detail updates do not count
Attorney moves, new hours, admissions and fee changes are published every week without touching a revision.
What we update every week without a revision
Send the detail in whatever form you have it. We confirm what we understood, publish it within the week and reply with the link.
- An attorney moves office
- A new attorney joins
- An attorney leaves
- A new bar admission
- Office hours change
- A new office phone line
- Consultation fees change
- A practice area is added to an office
- A new court is added to the list
- A compliance wording change
- A holiday closure
- A new team photo

How it works
Four steps from your first invoice to a live site, and the build fee is the last of them.
- 1
Pay the first monthly invoice
That is the only payment before launch. It starts the build and covers your first month once the site is live.
- 2
Onboarding form, then a call
You fill in the onboarding form: offices, attorneys, matter types, consultation terms and routing rules. Anything missing can follow by email or a portal ticket. Then one call to confirm it.
- 3
The studio builds
Practice area pages, office pages, attorney profiles, the intake router and the CRM connection. You review a staging link and send changes through your portal.
- 4
Live, then the build fee
The site goes live on your domain. Only after you have approved it do we invoice the $797 build fee. Weekly updates start the same week.
The three plans
Same site, same structure, same management on every plan. The plans differ in what answers the phone and how much gets published. Domain and Cloudflare hosting are included on every one.

Pricing questions
What do I actually pay, and when?
You pay the monthly fee for the plan you choose up front: $137, $297 plus AI usage, or $747 a month. The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you have approved it.
Is there a contract, and can I cancel?
There is no fixed term. To cancel, email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours (9:00 to 17:00 Central, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days' notice ahead of a Monday or Tuesday invoice. Cancel with proper notice and no further invoice is charged; cancel late and the next invoice is charged, with cancellation taking effect at the end of that month. Your domain and your content leave with you either way.
Are your fees refundable?
All sales are final. We do not refund a monthly fee, the build fee, or a completed revision for change of mind or because a service already delivered went unused. The only refund we make is for a duplicate charge or an incorrect charge caused by our own billing, and only when it is reported within 30 days of the charge. See the full refund policy for exactly how that works.
What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?
A revision is one change request of any size: a new attorney profile, a rewritten practice area page, or two new office sections with the copy and images already written, all in one request. There is no limit on how much goes into a single revision. 5 are included every month, requested from your client portal. After that each additional revision is a flat $20, with no hourly billing and no cap on how many you can request. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days, and unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.
What is the client portal, and when do I get one?
Every client gets a client portal the day the site goes live. From it you request revisions, raise a support ticket, send files and message the studio directly, all in one place instead of hunting for an email thread. You never need a login to the website itself, only to the portal.
What are the weekly detail updates?
Small factual changes we make every week without using a revision: an attorney who moved offices, new hours, a new bar admission, a new office phone number, a changed consultation fee. You send the detail, we publish it. Larger pieces of work, such as a new page, are revisions.
What kind of articles do you write for a law firm?
Researched, plain-language articles of 2,500 to 3,200 words on the questions people search before they contact a firm in your practice areas: what a process involves, what to bring to a consultation, how a matter type typically moves. Every article cites its sources, carries a not-legal-advice note and is written for readers, never as advice to an individual.
How many articles a week, and who approves them?
Solo Practice and Multi-Attorney carry 2 articles a week. Multi-Office carries 3 a week through the Content Engine. You can review every article before it is published, ask for changes, or set topics you want covered and topics you want avoided.
What does the AI Engine do for a law firm?
It answers the phone, the site chat and your SMS, Messenger and Instagram messages when your team cannot. It describes the firm, the practice areas and the consultation terms, collects the inquiry and books it into the right office. It is configured never to give legal advice and to hand anything that resembles advice to a person.
What is the AI usage charge on Multi-Attorney?
The $297 a month covers the site and the AI Engine itself. Usage, meaning the minutes of calls answered and the messages handled, is billed monthly at cost. We show you the running total, and a firm that receives few after-hours calls pays very little for it.
Where is the site hosted, and what does hosting cost?
On Cloudflare's global network, served from the edge close to whoever is browsing, with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth. Hosting is included in the monthly fee, never an extra: no hosting bill, no SSL bill and no bandwidth overage, ever.
Do I keep my firm domain?
Yes. One domain is free for as long as your plan is active: if you already have one, we point it at the new site and it stays registered to you. If you do not, we register one in your firm name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, at no charge, and it is yours either way.
What happens to the rankings my current site has?
We map every old URL to its new page and set 301 redirects before launch, so search engines carry the authority across. Pages that ranked keep their subject and their links. We check search console after launch and fix anything that did not carry.
Can you merge several office sites into one?
Yes. That is one of the builds we do most. Each office becomes a location page with its own address, map, attorneys and hours, every old site redirects to its section of the new one, and the intake router sends inquiries to the office that should take them.
Pick a plan on the demo call, or after it
From $137 a month, live in 7 days, build fee invoiced after launch. Book a demo, or email the studio and a person replies within one working day.
