Refund policy

In short
All sales are final. We do not refund a monthly fee, the build fee, or a completed revision because you changed your mind or did not use a service you already had access to. The only refund we make is for a duplicate or incorrect charge caused by our own billing, reported within 30 days of the charge.
Monthly fees
Monthly plan fees are billed in advance and cover the month ahead. Once a month is billed, that charge is final, whether or not you use every part of the plan that month. If you cancel with proper notice under the terms and conditions, no further invoice is charged; the month you already paid for is not refunded.
The build fee
The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you have confirmed you are satisfied. Because it is charged after your acceptance, it is final and not refundable once paid. If you cancel before the build starts, the fee is never charged.
AI usage and pass-through costs
AI minutes, message volume, carrier registration fees and domain registration are billed at cost after they are incurred and are final, because the providers do not refund them to us.
Extra revisions
Extra revisions are billed once completed and are final. If a revision was not completed as requested, tell us within 7 days and we redo it at no charge; that is a correction, not a refund.
The one refund we do make
If our billing charges you twice for the same invoice, or charges the wrong amount because of an error on our side, we refund the difference in full. This is the only circumstance in which a fee paid to us is refunded, and it must be reported within 30 days of the charge appearing on your statement.
How to ask
Email hello@attorneywebstudio.com with your firm name, the invoice number and the charge you believe is duplicate or incorrect. We respond within 2 working days and process an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
