What we are
AttorneyWebStudio is a website design and management studio serving law firms. We are not a law firm, attorney or legal service provider. Nothing on this site, and nothing on a site we build for a client firm, is a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your own situation.
No legal advice
Content on attorneywebstudio.com is about websites, search and inquiry handling for law firms. It is general information for managing partners and firm marketing leads and is not legal advice. Content on a client site describes that firm, its practice areas and its consultation terms; it does not assess any reader's matter and is not advice to any individual. Decisions about a legal matter should be made with a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.
No attorney-client relationship
Using this site, contacting AttorneyWebStudio, or submitting an inquiry through an intake router, form, chat or phone agent on a site we build does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. Such a relationship is formed only by a written agreement with a law firm. Do not send confidential information about a legal matter through this site.
Articles and general information
Articles we publish here, and articles we write for client sites, are researched and cite their sources. They describe how types of matters generally work and never a specific person's circumstances. They do not promise outcomes and they are not advice. Laws and procedures differ by jurisdiction and change over time; figures and descriptions are drawn from the cited sources at the time of writing.
The intake router
The intake router on a site we build asks a prospect the type of matter, their location and the urgency, and sends the inquiry to the office or attorney the firm has assigned. It also shows the consultation terms the firm has published for that matter type. It does not evaluate the merits of a matter, does not indicate whether a person has a claim or a defense, and does not give legal advice. Submitting an inquiry through it does not engage the firm.
AI agents
Where a client firm's plan includes AI receptionist, chat or messaging agents, those agents describe the firm, take inquiry details and book consultations. They state that they are not attorneys, are configured not to give legal advice, and hand anything that would amount to advice to a person at the firm. A conversation with an agent does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Attorney advertising rules
Law firms are responsible for compliance with the professional conduct and attorney advertising rules of every jurisdiction in which they practice. We write client sites to avoid guarantees, outcome claims and comparisons, and we add the disclaimers a firm asks for, but the firm reviews and approves its content and remains responsible for it. A page on a client site may constitute attorney advertising under the rules of that firm's jurisdiction.
Results
Every firm is different. Examples of client outcomes on this site are illustrative unless labeled as a verified review, and none describe the outcome of any legal matter. Our guarantees are set out in the terms and conditions and are limited to what is stated there.
Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party services, including hosting, scheduling, messaging and CRM providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
